By creating an account or using WeViaLinks ("we," "us," "the platform"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use WeViaLinks. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent or abusive activity.

WeViaLinks is a marketplace that connects buyers with third-party publisher websites offering guest posts and link insertions, primarily in the home-services and real-estate space. We facilitate ordering, payment, and order tracking between buyers and publishers.

Listings show metrics such as Domain Authority, Domain Rating, traffic, spam score, and price. These metrics are provided for reference and may change over time; we do not guarantee their ongoing accuracy.

Prices for each listing are displayed before you order. Orders are paid for using account credit ("wallet balance"), which you can top up via PayPal. All amounts are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.

When you place an order, the corresponding amount is deducted from your wallet balance. Most orders are fulfilled within the stated turnaround time, but delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

Wallet credit, including any bonus or promotional credit, is for use on the platform and is generally non-withdrawable as cash unless we state otherwise. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the order amount is returned to your wallet balance.

Refund eligibility for completed work is assessed case by case. Bonus credits and referral credits may be forfeited in cases of abuse, chargebacks, or violation of these terms.

Registered users may share a referral code. When a referred user places a qualifying order, the referrer may earn commission as wallet credit. Commission rates are set by us and may change at any time.

Self-referrals, fake accounts, and other abuse of the referral program are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of earnings and account termination.

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including ordering links for content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful. You are responsible for the target URLs, anchor text, and content you submit.

You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' data.

Publishers are independent third parties. While we vet listings, we do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their editorial decisions, uptime, or the long-term retention of any placement.

Search engine rankings depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific SEO outcome, ranking improvement, or traffic increase from links purchased through the platform.

The WeViaLinks name, logo, and platform are our property. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us and the relevant publisher the rights necessary to fulfill your order.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeViaLinks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms or for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
